Program name: Brad and Amy Enterprises, LLC Tenant Notifications
Brad and Amy Enterprises, LLC ("we" or "us") sends text messages to current residential tenants of the rental units we own and manage, including units owned by our affiliated companies. Messages cover rent reminders, service calls and repair scheduling, and general maintenance notices for the tenant's property. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
How you opt in
Text messaging is optional. The only way to sign up is our separate, signed paper Text Message Opt-In Form, which has an unchecked consent checkbox. You opt in by writing your mobile number, checking the box, and signing and dating the form. We keep signed forms on file as proof of consent, and we do not text tenants who have not signed one.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting from us. Tenants who do not opt in receive the same lease and services, and we contact them by other means instead.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts.

Reply START to resubscribe after opting out.
