We are a small, family-owned landlord. We don't use an outside management company. When you rent from us, you deal directly with the owners, who handle leasing, rent, and repairs themselves. We also manage rental units owned by our affiliated companies.

Current tenants can reach us about rent, repairs, or anything else related to their home using the contact information in their lease. For emergencies such as a water leak, no heat, or a gas smell, contact us right away.

Text message notifications
Tenants can choose to receive text messages from Brad and Amy Enterprises, LLC about rent reminders, service calls, and general maintenance notices. We do not send marketing messages.
Signing up is optional and is not a condition of any lease. Tenants sign up only by completing our signed paper Text Message Opt-In Form. We do not text tenants who have not signed one.
